Squidlets is a friendly and fun group for 0-4 year olds and their parents/carers run by Falmouth Vineyard Church. We aim to offer energetic sessions to stimulate little minds and encourage creative play in an environment where exploration and mess is encouraged (think gloop, mud, paint, water and more!). The session always ends with a music/song time around 11am.
We meet every Thursday during term time at the Princess Pavilion’s in Falmouth. The sessions run from 9.45am – 11.15am. We meet outside (under cover of the veranda), only moving indoors in extreme weather!
There are always a couple of new activities each week for the children to explore. Things can get messy so do wear old clothes.
You may want to bring a drink and a snack for your little one. Coffee and cake is available (and highly recommended!) from the Pavilion’s café for parents/carers. Why not bring along a reusable cup with a lid - it helps reduce waste and is safer for your children.
The group is run by volunteers from Falmouth Vineyard Church. We are passionate about supporting parents and seeing kids thrive. We don't charge for our session, as we want to ensure Squidlets is accessible to all and we see it as an expression of our love for the community. We are regularly asked if it is possible to contribute to the running costs of our sessions, if you would like to you can donate here (please select Squidlets in the 'fund' drop down menu).
Please register using the sign up button below, you just need to do this once for the academic year. When you arrive to a session please check in with one of the leaders. Thank you.
